We were pleased at his creativity and spread of the food. We had everything that we asked for within the budget that was given to him. His staff was courteous ans was able to supply anything that we needed. We had over 100 participants in our reunion and we never ran out of food. His grill master skills are as comparable to the top chefs in the country."

Simple made extraordinary!

For our wedding, my husband and I went for a more simple menu to ensure that all of our wedding guests could find something they would enjoy. We met Sean to discuss our choices and while being very easy to work with, he helped us create a menu that would work within our budget as well as be tasty. We had the opportunity to do a tasting of the chicken and roasted potatoes. These items while simple, when they are in Sean's hands they are turned into a mouth watering dish! Our wedding dinner was absolutely delicious with no guests leaving hungry.
