The event Chef will be responsible for preparing meals for drop-off and on-site events. They will be expected to prepare all food according to recipes. They are expected to follow all food safety and sanitation rules. The must have a creative mind for innovative food. Food safety certification is a plus. The ability to interact professionally with clients is a must.
The catering coordinator will be responsible for making new contacts and following up with current clients. They will be expected to find, book and service their client base. Training is available. Experience helpful, positive attitude is a must.
Our banquet servers will be responsible for provide 4 star service to our guests. You must be able to work with a team. You must be able to follow instructions. You must possess leadership qualities as you may be asked to lead. Banquet service experience is a plus. Restaurant service experience is helpful. All positions require you to have reliable transportation. |
